Shipping policy

Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping rates
Free shipping on all orders of $49 or more.
$5.95 flat rate on orders under $49.

Processing and delivery times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Your order ships from our fulfillment partners' warehouses, and most orders arrive within 7–14 business days after shipping. During holidays and peak season, delivery can take a few days longer.
If you order several items, they may arrive in separate packages. You won't be charged extra shipping for split shipments.

Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Tracking can take 2–5 business days to show the first scan. See Track Your Order.

Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't updated for 30 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days of shipping, contact us and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to correct it before it ships.
