Refund policy

30-day returns
If something isn't right, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition with all parts included. Kits must be returned complete.

Wrong size?
Sizing a dog isn't always easy, so every product page has a size chart in inches and centimeters. Please measure your dog before ordering — our Size Guide shows how. If the size doesn't fit, email us within 30 days of delivery and you can return the unused item for a refund.

Damaged, defective or wrong item
If your item arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, email us a photo within 14 days of delivery. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund — you won't need to send the item back.

How to start a return
Email support@tempestpaws.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Please don't send items back before contacting us — we'll reply with the return address and instructions.

Return shipping
For returns that aren't due to our error, return shipping is paid by the customer. For damaged, defective or wrong items, there's no cost to you.

Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, opened poop bag rolls can't be returned.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, or your claim for a damaged item is approved, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to post it.
