Shipping

Where do you ship?
We ship to addresses in the United States.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on orders of $49 or more. Orders under $49 ship for a flat $5.95.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days after shipping. Orders ship with tracking from our international fulfillment partners.

Will I have to pay customs fees?
No. Import duties are prepaid, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.

How do I track my order?
We email a tracking number as soon as your order ships. The first scan can take 2–5 business days to appear. See Track Your Order.

Why did my order arrive in separate packages?
Items can ship from different warehouses. You are never charged extra shipping for split shipments.

Sizing

How do I choose a size?
Measure your dog's chest girth, neck and back length, then check the size chart on the product page. Our Size Guide shows how to measure. If your dog is between sizes, choose the larger one.

Returns

Can I return an item?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery, as long as it is unused, unwashed and in its original condition. See our Refund Policy.

My item arrived damaged or isn't what I ordered. What now?
Email us a photo within 14 days of delivery. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, and you won't need to send the item back.
